“I hired Bethany as our day-of coordinator for my daughter's wedding last weekend, August 20, 2021. My goal was to no have to do anything but enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Bethany was a saint. First of all, Bethany came in and educated ME on everything she would do for us. I had no idea I was basically done planning when I hired her. My daughter and I are very organized and had finished almost everything but were blown away when we met with her. She came up with a timeline (I didn’t know we needed one) and we did. She responded to any texts, emails, or calls so promptly with our questions. She ran the rehearsal perfectly and was at the venue early the next day. The wedding was on a Friday evening. I didn’t do anything that day. If I noticed something I just told her, and it was taken care of. She had drink orders ready for the wedding party right after the ceremony which was amazing. Everything moved along with her timeline perfectly. Our runner didn’t work in the wet grass, so she came up with another way to use it. She also handled an issue with the bakery for us post-wedding. Also, she is super sweet which is icing on the top! I would highly recommend her. She KNOWS weddings. Her family owns a wedding venue in Texas. She also does wedding photography and video. I give her five stars!”

“Bethany was the coordinator for the day of our wedding and was amazing. 5 stars hands down.She is extremely responsive and on top of things. There’s no stone left unturned. We met up with Bethany at the venue close to our wedding date along with the venue director, caterer, and bar contacts for a final review and walkthrough. That meeting and walkthrough immediately made us feel that we had absolutely nothing to worry about for the day of. Bethany knew how to get everyone on the same page in regards to the timeline. On the wedding day, Bethany was a rockstar. She was cool as a cucumber and did a great job of keeping everyone updated on what to do and where to go. We hired Bethany as the coordinator for our wedding on November 3, 2023. Our venue required a day-of coordinator, but we opted to have Bethany the month-of because it was really not much more for the additional days. For us, her month-of rate was way more affordable than other people’s day-of services, which was why we initially inquired. Her website is also very transparent about what she offers, which I also appreciated!
After a consultation with her, I really loved what Bethany had to offer! She talked us through the process and gave me the peace of mind about our big day I had been needing. Planning a wedding is hard when you’ve never done it before. There’s so much you don’t know, so a coordinator like Bethany who has done this many times before is a must!
Bethany began working with us even months before our wedding to get us all prepared for the month before. She took over tasks that might be more tedious for a couple, like all the communication among vendors, planning our timeline, and always checking if there was anything else she could do for us.
The day of, she helped our day run so smoothly and the whole day was so much more enjoyable and pretty seamless thanks to the work she put in helping us get set and stay on track. She had to deal with one of our not-so-nice vendors that day too and handled the situation with grace and kindness when he almost didn’t even deserve that. But we appreciated her not making it our issue.
She also captured some really wonderful details pictures and videos on our big day that we get to admire until our photos are ready (i’ve attached some for reference!), which is so amazing when you just want to relive the day in the meantime!
Bethany is an experienced coordinator with a great background in all things weddings! She is so professional, has amazing communication, and a warm personality. We would absolutely recommend her services for anyone planning a wedding or event!

Bethany was incredible and played an integral part in ensuring our wedding went smoothly. Her communication was so helpful in planning a wedding even before our 60 day contract. She has always been quick to respond and her expertise throughout this was much appreciated. She was able to tie up all my loose ends and someone I could bounce ideas off of. At that point, it was decision paralysis for me and she was exceptional in providing an objective eye and pulled her experience into advising me as a bride. She coordinated all the vendors and kept them on the same page prior to wedding day and in accordance with our vision. On the day of, she was on top of details, the timeline, keeping us on track, asking clarification on details the day of when we had to make pivots in the design, and ensuring everything was packed up and in the respective delegated cars by our end time.
